How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Everything is made in small batches, and some pieces are made fresh after you order, so sometimes it takes a little longer. If that happens, we'll let you know.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $65 or more. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and pick it up at our kiosk inside Orange Park Mall, next to AT&T. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
Do I get a sample?
Yes. Every order comes with a free sample.
Can I smell the scents before I buy?
Yes. Visit us at Orange Park Mall to try any fragrance in person. See our Find Us page.
