Processing time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Everything at HUUE is made in small batches, and some pieces are made fresh after your order comes in, so this can sometimes take a little longer. If your order needs more time, we'll let you know.
Free shipping: Orders of $65 or more ship free. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number.
Local pickup: Choose local pickup at checkout and pick up your order at the HUUE kiosk inside Orange Park Mall, next to AT&T. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@thehuue.com and we'll help.
